KARATE CLASSES Tiny Tigers AGES 3 – 4 We focus on the basic skills of listening, following directions, balance, coordination, and having fun. Little Dragons AGES 5 – 6 We reinforce basic skills of focus, balance, coordination, building on their strengths and improving on all other skills. Children AGES 7 – 11 More focus on goal setting and achieving, character building, and using these skills in their everyday life. Teens & Adults AGES 12 - UP We focus on physical fitness and stress relief, as well as self defense and building self esteem. KARDIO KICKBOXING CLASSES Teens & Adults AGES 12 - UP An awesome workout based on Karate moves. Excellent for self-defense, strength training, and flexibility. Perfect for building confidence!
